Every graduate of MTTS is equipped to:
- Demonstrate adequate spiritual maturity by attitude, values, personal consecration, faithfulness, cooperation and dedication to Christian Principles.
- Give evidence of commitment to the Pentecostal requisites by a spirit-filled, spirit-ensued and spirit-directed life.
- Show a passion for world evangelism by encouraging active foreign missions in his life and ministry.
- Demonstrate a level of training in Bible and Theology that is suitable for a minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
- Give evidence of a general education that is adequate for effective Christian service at all times.
- Show appreciable development of ministerial skills, administration, human relations and methods of teaching and preaching.
- Demonstrate the ability to enter directly into effective Christian service or related postgraduate level of studies.
- Perform on a high-level equivalent to the graduates of secular higher institutions in Nigeria and beyond.
- Show commitment to the vision and mission of the Seminary as a true Ambassador of Jesus Christ.
- Demonstrate in character and in life, a deep conviction and belief in holiness within and without.
- Show a high level of ministerial integrity and honesty as evidence of divine credentials stipulated in 2 Cor. 11:23-31.
